Language, body language, what we say, how we act, are all important aspects of how we communicate. The example in the video of "girl" vs. "women" to me is very true. For example, on instagram, twitter, or even in real life, when people comment to me, "cute girl," I get so mad. The phrase "cute girl" is something you would say to someone that is 5 or maybe 8 years old. I understand if a grandma is calling  me this, but when someone my age or younger than me calls me this, I get very frustrated because I feel like they think of me as a child. Or lesser than them. And I do not like that at all. Everyone has a different way of communicating, so it is important that we are watching what we say, but also to not get offended when someone calls you "cute girl" because they might not be implying that you are a child. It may just be their way of communicating.
