This Ted Talk reminded me of the popular phrase I learned as a child that is, "don't judge a book by it's cover." Everyone in this world has a different story, not one is the same. But we all go through life assuming and judging, which is only hurting us. We may not ever fully understand someones true story in life, in fact I don't think anyone ever could. Because with one story, comes many more stories. And with only focusing on 1 particular story, we could be missing the whole entire picture. It is a common thing to do, I catch myself walking through the halls and judging people by one look. It is important to stop yourself when you are doing this, because it is not a good place to find yourself in.
